Event Concept’s technical team worked through a shared email inbox. With regular requests from client services, the inbox would be full of quote, job and kit list requests.

In order to assign themselves to tasks, individuals would reply to emails, cluttering the centralised inbox.

The team needed a more visual and collaborative tool to see who is working on what, and to assign themselves to tasks without having to scroll through an overwhelming inbox.

The Solution

Event Concept implemented monday.com and initially solved their inbox issue with a monday.com form that highlighted a list of requirements per department where people could assign themselves to tasks. 

Eventually, the process was integrated into their CRM system and soon enough, Event Concept were utlising monday.com for all their internal processes and external client work.

The team use automations to make sales order processes a breeze. From the first enquiry to the quotation stage, its project progress is trackable from start to finish in a more visual way. They also use monday.com to store freelancer information and ISO records.

The Result
