2.1 Portal Account. In order to use some of our Service (such as the Helpdesk), you are given an account to manage all cases and provide your name and e-mail address. We may send you an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide, to confirm your registration.

2.2 Portal Profile. Once your User Account is created, you can access your profile (“Profile”), Your Profile will be made available to all the Authorised Employees of Enable IT Technologies LTD. Your Profile will include your name, e-mail and other information you choose to provide or have provided in the past such as your job title, mobile number, office number, direct line, twitter, primary address and other information you submit through the Service. The appropriate method(s) for accessing your information, if any, will depend on which of our websites and services you have visited or used. If you remove information from your user profile, it may stay in backups on our servers for a period of time before being completely removed.
