The policy sets out the different areas where user privacy is concerned and outlines the obligations & requirements of the users, the website and website owners. Furthermore the way this website processes, stores and protects user data and information will also be detailed within this policy.

This website and its owners use any information submitted to provide you with further information about the products / services they offer or to assist you in answering any questions or queries you may have submitted. This includes using your details to subscribe you to any email newsletter program the website operates but only if this was made clear to you and your express permission was granted when submitting any form to email process. Or whereby you the consumer have previously purchased from or enquired about purchasing from the company a product or service that the email newsletter relates to. This is by no means an entire list of your user rights in regard to receiving email marketing material. Your details are not passed on to any third parties.
EnableIT Technologies LTD has a telephone system that is capable of recording conversations. Like many other organisations, this is a standard practice that allows the recording of telephone calls for quality monitoring, training, compliance and security purposes. Calls received may be recorded by EnableIT Technologies LTD and will be retained indefinitely. External calls made by employees of the business may be recorded by EnableIT Technologies LTD. These recordings will be used for the purposes the company deems necessary. We shall ensure that the use of these recordings is fair and that we comply with the requirements of the relevant legislation. This includes:

Calls received may be recorded by EnableIT Technologies LTD. External calls made by employees of the business may be recorded by EnableIT Technologies LTD. Under normal circumstances a call will not be retrieved or monitored unless:
• It is necessary to investigate a complaint;
• It is part of a management ‘spot check’ that customer service standards are being met;
• There is a threat to the health and safety of staff or visitors or for the prevention or detection of crime;
• It is necessary to check compliance with regulatory procedures; or
• It will aid standards in call handling through use in training and coaching our staff.
If it becomes clear that a communication is private or the person making the call says that they do not wish to have their call recorded, the call recording will be stopped.
2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

We receive and collect Personal Data from you when you provide us your name and e-mail address during signup, when you contact us or when you make a purchase and provide your billing information. When you submit Customer Data or your User Profile, we will process this information on behalf of your Organisation, in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.
We receive and collect Personal Data from your browser or mobile device about your use of the Sites and Service. We use log files and analytics tools to analyse trends, administer the Sites and Service, track users’ movement around the Sites and Service, and gather statistical data. We use “cookies”, technical identifiers and other tracking technologies in order to provide and enhance our Sites and Service. We also collect limited data regarding your system and device, such as your mobile device id or browser preferences.
We receive and collect Personal Data from Third Parties, such as service providers, ad networks and marketing agencies, or from Services Integrations when you use third party integrations.
We do not require you to provide us your Personal Data in order to access general information available on the Sites, although such activities may still be logged. However, we do receive and collect Personal Data from you in the ways listed below. We receive and collect this data as it is necessary for the adequate facilitation and performance of the contract between you and us, to provide you the Service, to secure our legitimate interests in analysing the performance of our campaigns and Service, and to allow us to comply with our legal obligations.
2.1 Portal Account. In order to use some of our Service (such as the Helpdesk), you are given an account to manage all cases and provide your name and e-mail address. We may send you an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide, to confirm your registration.
2.2 Portal Profile. Once your User Account is created, you can access your profile (“Profile”), Your Profile will be made available to all the Authorised Employees of Enable IT Technologies LTD. Your Profile will include your name, e-mail and other information you choose to provide or have provided in the past such as your job title, mobile number, office number, direct line, twitter, primary address and other information you submit through the Service. The appropriate method(s) for accessing your information, if any, will depend on which of our websites and services you have visited or used. Depending on the website or service, you may have the ability to view or edit some of your information online, by logging into the website and visiting the account profile page. If you remove information from your user profile, it may stay in backups on our servers for a period of time before being completely removed. Once deleted, your account is gone and cannot be restored.
2.3. ‘Contact Us’ Information. If you send us a “Contact Us” request, whether by submitting an online form on our Sites or by sending an e-mail to an e-mail address that we display, you will be asked to provide us with your contact information (name, e-mail address and phone number).

Pages of this website and any e-mails sent to you may contain web beacons. Web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) are small electronic files which are embedded within a web page or email to document traffic and for website analytics without collecting any Personal Information, that, for example, allow us to count users who have visited web pages or opened our emails.

Analytics tools collect data such as on how often users visit the Sites or Service, what pages they visit when they do so and what website they directly came from to the Sites or Service. 2.12. Customer Data. In the course of using the Service, you may submit Customer Data. Our use of such Customer Data is in accordance with the Terms and our Data Processing Agreement.
2.13 Certain visitors to the Sites choose to interact with EnableIT Technologies LTD in ways that require EnableIT Technologies LTD to gather personally-identifying information (PII). The amount and type of information that EnableIT Technologies LTD gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. All personal details relating to subscriptions are held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation 2018. No personal details relating to subscriptions are passed on to third parties nor shared with companies / people outside of the company that operates this website. Under the Data Protection Act 2018 you may request a copy of personal information held about you by this website’s email newsletter program.
Email marketing campaigns published by this website or its owners may contain tracking facilities within the actual email. Subscriber activity is tracked and stored in a database for future analysis and evaluation. Such tracked activity may include; the opening of emails, forwarding of emails, the clicking of links within the email content, times, dates and frequency of activity [this is by no far a comprehensive list].
This information is used to refine future email campaigns and supply the user with more relevant content based around their activity.
In compliance with UK Spam Laws and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 subscribers are given the opportunity to un-subscribe at any time through an automated system. 2.15 Aggregated Statistics and Reports. EnableIT Technologies LTD may collect statistics about the behaviour of visitors to its website, which may be used in public reports. As an example, EnableIT Technologies LTD might reveal how many downloads a particular theme or extension had, or what features are the most popular. EnableIT Technologies LTD does not, however, disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
2.16 IP Address Lookup. Our Company uses third parties to provide information about visitors to our websites. When you visit our websites we will record your IP address. This address will be matched against public and proprietary IP address databases to provide us with information about your visit. This information may identify the organisation to whom the IP address is registered but not individuals. In some limited cases i.e. single person companies, it may be possible to identify personal data from publicly available ICANN data.
2.17 Public content you created, such as comments on resources, feature requests and bug reports will not be deleted. It is possible that all this posted content may be changed to be attributed by ‘Anonymous user’. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving the foregoing e-mails, we will still send you a response to any “Contact Us” request as well as administrative e-mails (for example, in connection with a password reset request) that are necessary to facilitate your use of the Sites and Service, as explained in Section 3.3 above.
