We are Medium Business of the Year Finalists!

enable.services has had a joyous start to the summer – we’ve been shortlisted for the Medium Business of the Year award at the East Anglian Daily Times Business Awards 2025! We are very grateful for the accolade, which recognises our originality, our recent developments, and community impact.
A Significant Milestone
The honour, sponsored by Pound Gates Chartered Insurance Broker, places our business in the running for this year’s title alongside other standout medium-sized enterprises across Suffolk. This year’s category includes the likes of Matthew Douglas, Ocala Healthcare and The Woodbridge Vets. With the awards ceremony scheduled for Thursday 10 July 2025 at Kesgrave Hall, our position in the event marks a significant achievement for our team.
Our Story
enable.services was established in 1994 by David Bushnell under the name Computers in Business, and has grown from a small local IT support firm into a comprehensive software and CRM consultancy, now supporting over 400 organisations. Based in our office in Martlesham, the team recently celebrated the addition of a brand-new meeting room and two fully refurbished boardrooms.
In 2024, we proudly sponsored local sportswomen—including a British Telemark Skiing champion and a National Basketball player—who both train in Ipswich. We have also supported Suffolk Mind, St Elizabeth Hospice, Anglia Care Trust, and RSPCA Suffolk Branch in our annual charity efforts.
Our key services revolve around strategic partnerships with SugarCRM, EspoCRM, and Mautic. We specialise in tailored implementations, system integrations through our proprietary enableFlow platform, secure hosting, and long-term support. In 2024, we were awarded SugarCRM’s International Partner of the Year.
At the heart of enable.services is our belief: “Come for the solutions, stay for the people.” This reflects our commitment to combining technical expertise with a personal, client-focused approach.

What's in the calendar
As a finalist, enable.services is attending the Awards Ceremony in Ipswich on 10 July 2025, where the winner for Medium Business of the Year will be announced. Tickets are available now for businesses who want to enjoy the awards dinner and network with 280 guests from the Suffolk business community. Whether we bring home the trophy or not, we are looking forward to meeting people from other businesses, and share our passion to combine innovation, customer care, and local commitment.
