enable.services hosts SugarCRM Workshop event at London Docklands Museum
Ipswich, UK – 11 December 2025 – enable.services, a CRM and implementation specialist based in Ipswich, Suffolk, hosted its first large-scale customer event, bringing clients together to explore the future of their CRM systems and the wider SugarCRM ecosystem.
Held at the Docklands Museum near Canary Wharf, the event featured workshops and talks delivered by several of enable’s in-house experts, including:
- Joseph Bushnell, Chief Revenue Officer, and David Bushnell, Managing Director – What is Sugar to you?
- Ross Page, Projects Team Leader – User Adoption
- James Bleese, Business Solutions Advisor – AI in Business
- Jon Cutting, Solutions Architect Director – The Benefits of Integration

enable.services was also joined by representatives from leading CRM provider SugarCRM, for which enable is an elite partner. Guest speakers included:
- David Bonner, Director of Global Solution Consultant – Product Vision and Roadmap
- Tim Gale, New Business Lead – Product Vision and Roadmap

The event offered enable’s client base the opportunity to meet the team, discuss their systems, and network with other professionals using the SugarCRM platform. Dedicated areas provided direct support and insight, including a Configuration Stand led by Nord Herida, and a Consultancy Stand hosted by Joe Bushnell and James Bleese, focusing on integrations between SugarCRM and third-party software.

Attendees also had the chance to take part in competitions to win prizes, including professional services for free, and the latest home-streaming devices. Custom festive merchandise and other gifts were offered to every guest.
