Planning the implementation of your Sugar software
Our Sugar implementation process always begins with our discovery workshop, which can be held remotely or on-site with our friendly team of experts.
Here, we’ll learn and understand your goals for Sugar, making sure they align with your business objectives. We’ll discuss your different operational processes and explore how these can be streamlined and mapped out within your Sugar implementation.
We’ll also learn what you’d like to achieve from your new system, including who will be using it – ensuring access permissions and security features are established based on roles and teams.
Essentially, we want to discover more about you and your business, allowing us to put together a statement of work document that will encapsulate the entire project for your review.
Designing your Sugar system
Our certified Sugar architects and product managers will work together to design and construct exactly what was discussed at your discovery workshop.
You’ll have the final say in how ingrained your Sugar system is within your business – it can be as simple or as complex as you need. The choice is yours. In the past we’ve seen an even split of customers starting small and gradually building out their system, compared to those that deploy a full product from day one.
Implementing your Sugar system
After planning how everything will look and operate, our development team will construct your system. This includes adding in all automations and system integrations – increasing productivity and efficiency across your business operations. Once the system is built, we’ll test it thoroughly to ensure everything is working as expected. Having over 18 years of experience in CRM, we know exactly how a system should run.
It’s our job to ensure all your original requirements, along with any updates or requests, are reflected in your new, fully-functional, bespoke Sugar system.
Handover
You’ll be pleased to know that the handover stage is very simple, as you’ll already know what to expect. During the Implementation stages, we hold regular reveals to show you our work on your Sugar system and to get your feedback frequently.
You’ll be handed a system that is exactly, if not more, than what you expected at the very start of your journey with us. Once this system is approved and any last changes are made, we then enter the rollout and training stage.
Rollout and training
At first glance, new software can be daunting to even the most experienced of users, but it’s important that your team adapts to it from the very start.
Luckily, with Sugar’s ability to be completely bespoke to your business, it’s usually easy for them to adapt to the new system. We’ll take your level of knowledge, team size, industry, system specifics, and your operational pain points into account – using these to create outstanding training sessions for your team.
Once access to the system is given to all users, we’ll get started on the training following a schedule that suits you and your team. If the sessions are online, they are recorded to ensure you can look back on them at any point.
Maintenance and support
Once you and your team are fully up and running with your Sugar system, our customer success and support teams will continue to assist you every step of the way. This includes regular check-ins and catch-ups to give advice, assistance and tips on your Sugar platform.
