How I help

I am a Helpdesk Support Engineer. I help customers with any queries or issues, making sure they are able to operate their systems easily.

What I do at work

My day usually consists of speaking to our customers, helping them out and managing my allocated cases. I like to run reports to make sure the team are on target.

What I do in my free time

Out of work, I enjoy CrossFit and playing PC games. I have also played tennis for Felixstowe for the last five years.
