I am a Helpdesk Support Engineer. I help customers when they have issues with their systems, whilst establishing great relationships with our clients.
What I do at work
In my list of daily tasks, I speak with customers, manage my own cases and assist with any problems that my colleagues may be having.
What I do in my free time
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends. I love embracing my culture through cooking Thai dishes 🇹🇭.
