How I help
I am a Helpdesk Support Engineer. I help customers when they have issues with their systems, whilst establishing great relationships with our clients.
What I do at work
In my list of daily tasks, I speak with customers, manage my own case queue and assist with any problems that my colleagues may be having.
What I do in my free time
In my free time, I enjoy listening to music – my favourite genres are drill, rap, hip-hop, and emo pop.
