SugarCRM Helpdesk Team Leader
At enable.services I am the Team Leader of our SugarCRM Helpdesk support team. I spend most of the time helping customers with their SugarCRM related issues.
My role also includes ensuring that as a team we are providing the best support possible to our clients, which thankfully, with the amazing team I have, this is made easier.
About
Once I have finished saving the world of Sugar I force myself to the gym. To relax I enjoy watching tv, a film or playing video games. In the warmer months I will go for rides on my motorbike. Other than this I will be doing whatever my other half wants to do (not whipped).
