My role is to be a trusted advisor for customers, so they feel safe and comfortable to ask me questions regarding new stuff in SugarCRM, how to make Sugar fit into their processes and discuss anything new that might benefit them.
Outside (and inside) of work I love listening to music, it’s my favourite way to relax and escape. As a social butterfly, I always strive to make my colleague’s day a fun one and I love hanging out with my friends in my free time.
