I am training to become a qualified Project Manager here at enable by overseeing the development and implementation of CRM projects for customers.

It is my responsibility to ensure the successful delivery of CRM solutions that meet the specific requirements of our customers. This comprises of assembling a comprehensive project plan, deliverables and timelines whilst communicating with Stakeholders to manage their expectations.

Amongst this, a part of my role consists of ensuring that the CRM system meets the required quality standards by conducting regular testing and completing user guides to maximise end-user success.
