Welcome Talk
Our host will welcome you to the event and go over the agenda and other important information for the day.
Workshop: What is Sugar to you?
Our Managing Director, David Bushnell, and Sales Director, Joe Bushnell, will explore real-world perspectives on how participants use and experience Sugar — a great opportunity for all attendees to connect and get to know each other as fellow Sugar users.
The Roadmap of SugarCRM
Global Solutions Director, David Bonner, and Manager of New Business Sales, Tim Gale, from SugarCRM, will take you through the SugarCRM roadmap, outlining what to expect from the newest version of Sugar, including several fresh features.
Stands & Networking
We'll have 4 stands in the room including a SugarCRM stand, consultancy stand and a configuration stand where you can ask questions about your system.
Workshop: Driving Adoption
Our Head of Projects, Ross Page, will identify the key factors that help or hinder successful CRM adoption.
Lunch and Networking Break
Our team will provide a catered lunch, including a selection of fresh homemade sandwiches, root vegetable crisps, fresh fruit, freshly baked cake, soft drinks, still and sparkling water, as well as three servings of tea, coffee, and biscuits throughout the day.
Customer Panel
Our Managing Director, David Bushnell, will host a panel with one of our customers, discussing how they use SugarCRM.
Workshop: AI in Business
Our Business Solutions Advisor, James Bleese, will lead a workshop on AI, exploring your thoughts, experiences, and perspectives.
Stands & Networking
Another opportunity for your team to explore our stands and ask questions.
Workshop: Integrations & Automations
Our Technical Director, Jonathan Cutting, will discuss the power of CRM integrations — why you need them and how they work.
Q&A
Our Sugar experts will take the stage, giving you the chance to ask anything — from questions about the future of SugarCRM to questions about your own system.
Competition Winners
We will draw the winner of our Stand Bingo, who will receive 10 hours of free Sugar professional services (worth £1,300), undertaken by enable.services. And the winner of our Amazon Echo Show. There will also be other competitions running throughout the day. Please note that if you're not at the event for the draw, we will award the prize to someone in attendance!

From Liverpool Street, take the Elizabeth Line and exit the train at Canary Wharf. London Museum Docklands is around a 7-minute walk from the station.
