My day-to-day consists of supporting customers with any issues they have regarding their telephone system or any virtual/physical hardware that has been provided.
I enjoy visiting customers onsite and being on the phone 24/7 rather than emailing as it builds the relationship with the customer and helps us understand their business!

About
The office is basically my second home as my fiancé is the cleaner so my evenings are mostly spent here. On the weekends, my fiancé and I always try to have days out exploring the UK on Saturdays, and Sundays are the stay-at-home lazy days.
