What's in store for the day?
Arrival & Breakfast
Start the day with a bacon roll and a coffee while you get settled in. We’ve given you an extra hour to arrive, making things easier for customers travelling from across the UK. Come along anytime during this hour and make yourself at home!
Opening Talk
The event commences at 11:00am, with an opening talk hosted by the team at enable.services. Settle in as we kick off the day, share what’s new and give you an overview of what to expect.
The Roadmap of SugarAI
Global Solutions Director David Bonner from SugarAI will take you through the SugarAI roadmap, giving you a first look at the latest AI features and what to expect from the newest version, followed by a Q&A.
Customer Panel
We will sit down with several SugarAI customers to hear how they use Sugar, how it supports their teams and the difference it makes to their day-to-day operations.
Lunch Break
Take a break and enjoy a complimentary catered lunch, with plenty of time to relax, chat with fellow attendees and recharge for the afternoon.
Roundtable Discussions
Our team will host an interactive roundtable discussion, giving you the opportunity to share ideas, ask questions and discuss common challenges with fellow Sugar users.
Explore the Stands & Network
We’ll have four stands set up around the room, giving your team the chance to ask bespoke questions, meet the enable and Sugar teams, discover recent projects and share your own experiences.
Closing Talk
Our team will close the event by announcing the winners of the day’s competitions, reflecting on the key discussions and bringing the day to a close.

Where exactly is the event being held?
The event is hosted at Geosynthetics Ltd, Unit 3, Avery Way, Hinckley Park, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 3FF. The office location of one of our Sugar customers!
How to get there?
Geosynthetics Limited – Sitting right in the heart of the “Midlands Golden Triangle” with rapid access to three major motorways via the A5.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, Geosynthetics has a car park of 60 spaces and on an average day they have around 20 spaces free (there may be more parking spaces available on the day).
Additional vehicles can park along the side of Avery Way. Since it is a busy commercial estate, please avoid blocking large HGV access bays or neighbouring business entrances.
Are there EV charging points on-site?
There are electric vehicle charging points available and these are paid for via the application POD Point.
Where is the nearest train station?
Hinckley Railway Station is the closest (approx. a 5-minute drive/Uber or a 20–25-minute walk to Avery Way). Taxis are usually available at the station or Uber’s are available. Geosynthetics also has a safe, secure, and covered cycle parking located close to the main unit entrance.
There is also a dedicated bus service that goes from Hinckley Town Centre which is a 2-minute walk away from the train station and is “Arriva Bus Service 8”. Save money with a PLUSBUS ticket.
Is Wi-Fi available on-site?
Yes, complimentary guest Wi-Fi is available. Login details will be provided.
Will food and drink be provided?
Yes, lunch catering will be provided, as well as access to tea and coffee facilities and fresh cold water.
Does the event have a maximum capacity?
Yes, the venue can only hold 40-50 attendees. We advise all customers interested to secure your spot early to avoid disappointment.
Who will be at the event?
enable.services’ dedicated Sugar team (incl. Account Managers, Sales, Helpdesk) will be on-hand at the event as well as fellow Sugar and enable.services’ customers. Team members from SugarAI will also be attending.
What happens if I sign up but can no longer attend?
