How I help
I am Head of monday.com Customer Success. I maintain and manage our customer success programs for new and existing customers, ensuring that they are using their monday.com systems to the fullest potential. I also drive renewals.
What I do at work
Throughout my day, I have regular calls and meetings with clients to assist in making their system as powerful and efficient as possible. I identify areas of upgrade and improvement, using great analytical skills. I also look into our customers’ usage of their systems and provide guidance where needed.
What I do in my free time
Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family – you’ll often find me at a park with my little boy. We also enjoy going to the cinema.
