How I help

I am a Support Engineer. I help our Remote Support customers with any issues they have. I also set up and assist customers with enable VoIP systems. I have great communication skills which allows me to build and establish customer relationships and trust.

What I do at work

Throughout my day, I spend my time ensuring that our customers can work as efficiently as possible, wherever they are.

What I do in my free time

I have a big family, so I enjoy spending time with them. I also play guitar and have done for 30 years. I love football, golf, clay pigeon shooting, and cooking, and I also like to work on my allotment.
