How I help
I am our Apprentice Helpdesk Support Engineer. I ensure that customers are able to operate their systems seamlessly with no issues.
What I do at work
A typical day for me involves speaking to clients through calls, emails, and meetings to advise them on any queries that they may have. I work with the rest of our Helpdesk team to make sure that all cases are resolved quickly and efficiently.
What I do in my free time
I love motorbikes and have my own. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
