How I help
I am a monday.com Customer Success Executive. I assist with our Customer Success programs for monday.com to ensure that our customers receive the best service possible.
What I do at work
A typical day for me consists of having calls and meetings with customers, seeing where they may need assistance and then providing this along with tips and guidance. I also work closely with the team at monday.com.
What I do in my free time
I enjoy spending time exploring the stunning coastline with my husband and our three dogs in my spare time. I’m creative, so I enjoy making beach themed jewellery & gifts which I sell to raise money to help keep the Suffolk coast & countryside clean & litter-free.
