We’ve also established a structured renewal process that makes the task of renewing your Sugar software as simple and as easy as possible. This includes contacting you well in advance of your renewal date to ensure we have sufficient time to make any changes to the system.

Once you have confirmed the terms and licence numbers you wish to renew, along with any further updates you wish to make, we will send the relevant documentation for renewal. After payment has been received, your renewal will be processed and confirmed. Easy!
