Before Monday I was tracking new leads through a mix of word documents with notes, calendar invites and emails.

Now I have everything gathered in one place with easy access for the rest of my team to follow the progress as well as contribute. As we are operating in 5 countries across the globe it's a huge help to have a board like this to make sure we're all in the loop at all times.

I use it to plot in new prospects and add status, notes, meetings, contact details etc.

Why would you recommend this template to anyone managing clients?

It's by far the easiest CRM tool I have ever used. It has everything you need but doesn't overflow you with info and options from the beginning. You can choose to keep it simple and basic or you can add a ton of different layers - in other words, it can be tailored to your exact needs.

Getting started tips

It's super simple - plot in a new lead and you're ready to go.

Once you have found the right contact person you can type in their details so you always have it easy at hand. In addition, you can set the status (e.g. new lead, contacted, in dialogue, meeting schedules, proposal sent, etc.), add meeting dates and last date of contact as well as add notes or documents related to the lead.
