The beginning of a new year often leads to reflection of the previous, and we would like to thank all of our team, customers, and supporting partners for their fantastic work. We have achieved some major milestones in the last year: in complex projects, integrations, data privacy and product development, as well as enhancing our product offering.
Supporting the Open Source Community

As part of our commitment to supporting the Open Source community, some of the improvements that we make, as well as bug fixes, are passed back to the community to then be included in future releases. Expanding our Product Offerings
2018 also saw the launch of our Partnership with Talentry, a Munich-based Recruitment Platform that can be seamlessly integrated with Applicant Tracking Systems. Talentry enables you to promote your brand, empower your team, and expand reach when searching for applicants.

Addressing the changes in Data Privacy Law
In May 2018, the Data Privacy Legislation underwent a dramatic change, the laws around Data Processing were changed, the Data Subjects rights were increased, and the onus was put on the Data Controller if any fault or breach is found. We decided to put our heads together and come up with not only a compliant system for ourselves but for our customers as well.
Expanding into New Sectors
Enable operates across all verticals, offering customised solutions to all industries and sectors. In the last year, we have seen notable increases in customers from Hospitality, Education, Healthcare and Retail sectors. It has been an absolute pleasure to develop new solutions for these sectors, following very different sales processes and integrating our products with new systems. It has allowed our team to progress their skill set and work with new software partners to create solutions.
Going Live with One of Our Biggest Sugar Projects To Date
Our Development and Project Teams were also very pleased to reach the Launch Phase for one of our largest implementation projects to date. With over 1000 development hours logged, we are all very proud of the Global system roll-out of Sugar Enterprise to several hundred users. Watch this space for a Case Study later in the year.
